Make sure you have send and recieve domains that
include www.domain.com,  domain.com, and your other
servers.  I have noticed that if you did not put
aol.com or someotherdomain.com, you will not recieve
email from aol.com or someotherdomain.com.  

I have a similar problem on our Qube2 - we can send
mail and see the yellow light on the port flash when
we send it, though we can not receive the mail
message, i.e. Outlook says no new messages or even via
telnet - the mail just dissappears.  Does anyone have
a way to fix this?
