[cobalt-users] MajorDomo - restrict permissions

Been looking into how to restrict people being able to send messages to a mailing list.
Cobalt knowledge base doesn't really help apart from saying it is possibe.

When setting up the list, it asks for a password for the mailing list, but I cannot find
anywhere that it woud later require one. Odd.

Any help appreciated.

(of course, I could just add the mailing list, post the bulletin, then delete the list!)
