[cobalt-users] CGIWrap Error: Script dir not found

here's what the error says:

"The specified user does not have a script directory set up for execution of
cgi scripts, or the directory permissions prevent cgiwrap from using that
directory."

even when i change the ownership of the cgi file to me (admin), it still
doesn't work.  help?  thanx a TON in adanvce.
