To estimate the fee I would take the amount of estimated time needed to set
it up and multiply the number of hours by $125.

I'd then halve that amount and charge it to them as a set-up fee.  Then I'd
take the remainder and devide by 6 (months) to get an approximate monthly
fee.

So if you are looking at 4 Hours, I'd charge $250 set-up plus ~$50 a month
or so.
