[cobalt-users] [RaQ2&3] Migrating from a RaQ2 - RaQ3

Does anyone know if Cobalt every came out with the migrate utility to
move sites from a RaQ2 > RaQ3, and for that matter a RaQ3 > RaQ4. I know
that when the RaQ3 came out a mirgrate utility was promised.
