Since almost everything for linux/unix is available for the Intel
platform, and many programs (for example Real Server) are NOT available
for the MIPS platform, you'll have more software availability with the
RaQ3 or above.
The RaQ3 has a more up-to-date linux kernel.
The RaQ3 has a bit better designed html user interface (which I usually
call Cobalt's gui).
The Raq3 gives you control over the DNS SOA record, which is a real must
if you doing anything at all with DNS.

Any site that does "anonymous FTP" and/or "secure server" needs its own
IP#.

We're in the Cobalt-consulting business. We'll be happy to contract
with you to set up/configure your RaQs, to consult with you on what you
may want to do and why you should or should not install specific
packages or fixes, and even to offer continuous support if you'd like.
Please notify me offlist if you're interested.
