There are about 20 of us currently in the process of doing just that.
Its a project started by Steve Werby and should be live soon.
It will definitely be good for newbies because I am involved and I
AM a newbie :-)

You can actually have your raq do both primary and secondary but
there's not much point.
The reasons are definitely in the archives.
Anyway, you have a couple of choices...
1. Use your ISP as the Secondary (I know, sore point!). I
actually use my Isp's Pri NS
as my secondary. They so still have to add the records for you.
My ISP is currently
writing a short script to automate this so I don't have to keep
telling them about
new domains.
2. Find another Administrator, maybe on this list, who will
'swap' with you, you be theirs
and they can be yours.
3. Use one of the free nameserver providers such as grandcanyon (I think).
As I said, I too am a newbie so the above probably needs
correcting or there are
other options.
Anybody....?
