I think what you mean is a Class 'C' as in Charlie, not 3 and I don't think it's a
license....Class C block of IPs to an the entire set of 256 IPs. Where AAA.BBB.CCC.DDD, you
would "own" all the DDDs under your particular CCC.

If my conversion is correct you have a /28 subnet of the Class C block you belong to.

How much is the small cost?
