[cobalt-users] Newbie Question

Hi everybody.
I'm a new RAQ3 admin , and I have a simple problem.The thing is , I want to
know how can I setup the RAQ3 to act as a Primary/Secondary DNS server...I
have read all the manuals twice already , and been to the site's knowledge
base for several times. But I have been unable to find my answers yet.The
problem is , when I register a domain with any registrar , I have to enter
primary and secondary Name Servers , now this I understand...but my Provider
(The US company who leased me the RAQ3 , mine is a dedicated server by the
way) told me that I should enter THEIR dns server addresses there. Is there a
way that I could have my own name servers , coz everytime I have to call
them up and tell them to enter my new site's information into their database
, and that takes time , and long distance call is expensive.
They also told me that I have to change the 2 DNS server addresses in the
RAQ3's admin page/control panel/network area to their DNS server
addresses...
Can anybody tell me what to do? do I have to change some settings or Do I
need some hardware/software upgrades?Do I need a special IP address for my
RAQ3 for it to act as a DNS server? If there's any good resource about this ,
I would be more than happy if anyone can just point me to that.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
I apologize for posting this LONG letter to a public list everybody.
