He's absolutely right...this ain't good. Not sure quite what's up 
with Cobalt, the engineering team's real sharp, but things seem to be 
a bit out of coordination. I think they are undergoing big time 
growing pains.

It's hard to be innovative and cover all the logistical bases w/o enough
manpower.
