Basically, this is not a RaQ question, but a sendmail question.

Please check www.sendmail.org and their FAQs; I'm 99.99% sure, they
have the answer there.

It's not that hard to setup ETRN. First configure DNS:

        1. High priority MX record pointing to the customers own
           server (even if on a intermittent link)

        2. Low priority MX record pointing to your server.

(remember that low priority = high cost, so you need a _high_ number
entered in the zonefiles, if you do dns manually)

Then you need to tell sendmail, that it shouldn't deliver mail for the
domain to local users (depends on if (and how) you set up the site).

That should pretty much be it. You could consider setting up a
seperate queue for that domain.
