[cobalt-users] SMTP / ETRN on a RaQ3

I have searched the archives many times trying to find an anwser to this
question and have always seemed to get part way but never the full solution.

I need to be able to offer our customers the ability to "receive" e-mail via
SMTP instead of POP3.  I've tried Cobalt Support who are extremely helpful
right up to the point when you say "An SMTP feed for MS Exchange".  Then the
go dead quiet and the only further reply I get is "We don't support MS
Exchange".

All I need to know is how can I configure a RaQ3 (better still an individual
Virtual Site on a RaQ3) to allow the customer to collect their e-mail using
SMTP and MS Exchange.

I would be extremely grateful for the answer to this one.
