[cobalt-users] new virtual site / password

when adding a new virtual site on the raq3, how do you set site specific 
passwords for root access to that site.

so fat, all 8 of the sites we have on our raq3, somehow by default share the 
same log on name and password.

with this all site owners have free access to the whole web server

when trying to chmod ea virtual sites root web to 711 i get error , not 
permitted...

what is the deal?

how can i add new sites and assign site specific passwords?
