[cobalt-users] RaQ2 secure server

Disclaimer: I did not set up the initial RaQ2 secure server! :-)

Our https (secure) is down.  We have a web/secure/cgi-bin directory that has
all the perl scripts.  However, our html file that points to https:// is not
excuting the secure/cgi-bin scripts.  Instead, it is executing the standard
web/cgi-bin scripts.  Can someone educate me or point me in the right
directions on how https works?

And how I can fix the problem?
