[cobalt-users] GnuPG install on RAQ3

Does anyone have good instructions on installing GnuPG on a RAQ3...rpm's if
available?  I have checked the archives and there is little info.  I have
also spent a bunch of time at www.gnupg.org with no success.  I am new to
the RAQ3 and Linux so I get nervous installing from sources without RAQ3
specific instructions.  Any help would be appreciated.
