I think what he is asking is why haven't these security holes been taken
care of?  Best I can figure is the hamster can only turn the wheel so fast!
Err I mean the heavy workload that a dozen products can cause to 1
programmer.

It is obvious to note that apache 1.3.12 ia _BUGFIX_ release and newer functionality is only added in a major number. (eg 2.0) They don't release it for nothing.
I can not comprehend why a qube 2 still would have 1.3.3 apache.
So I replaced it.
