It is obvious to note that apache 1.3.12 ia _BUGFIX_ release and newer 
functionality is only added in a major number. (eg 2.0) They don't release 
it for nothing.
I can not comprehend why a qube 2 still would have 1.3.3 apache.
So I replaced it.
