Yeah, but that wasn't what this thread was about.

The issue is: Can he run his own DNS on his Raq3?

The answer is: Yes.

The problem, however, is that he can't run secondary on his own.  UK2 is
apparently expensive for this.  There are plenty of other vendors that offer
DNS as a secondary service--many will trade the services.
