1. "The ISP says..." How can you be sure this is true? Sounds
like you're ruling this out a bit too quickly.
2. Let me see if I understand you. Things work when customer
sends to hotmail, then to Qube, then back to him. Things
don't work when customer sends to ISP, then to Qube. Again,
sounds like ISP. But can you confirm that this is indeed
the sequence?
3. Is it possible that he's sending to the Qube through one
of the mailing lists hosted by Majordomo? Majordomo does
have a per-message size limit... this is one possible
solution.
4. Can you replicate the problem from any other sender? Keep
in mind that, if it's difficult for you to figure out, it's
even more difficult for the rest of us at a distance. So
try to give us as much detail as possible.
