Using his web browser pointed to http://www.hisdomain.com/admin
Enter "admin"
Enter "Password"
Click on Control Panel at the left side of the page.
The last item in the chart is "Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP)
Server" De-Select the check box.
Click on "Save Changes"
and that is it.
