[cobalt-users] Re: Smart UPS

I would imagine that you could install the Network UPS Tools (NUT) from http://www.exploits.org. An earlier version is installed on the Raq3 and I believe Raq4. I am unfamiliar with the Qube, but you will need a separate serial port to connect to the SmartUPS (i.e., not one which runs the console - I don't know if the Qube has two serial ports.). I've just finished installing the latest NUT package on a couple of Raq3's with no problems.

Hello
Does anyone know of Smart UPS software for the Qube2 ?

I am using an "APC Smart-UPS 700", which will connect to the Qube2 via RS232
serial.

Thanks in advance.
