I only know what support has passed on to me.  And from my
understanding it was causing problems, but it wasn't 100%
of the boxes.  I don't know what type of call ratio they
are getting on this problem.

I'm sorry it has caused you such problems.  I know that has to
be a major pain in the arse.  All I can say is that we are in
the process of testing a patch.
