Because it isn't on 100% of the systems, actually a minority of
the RaQ2 are experiencing the problem.

A new fix is being tested.  The testing being done is VERY
stringent.  It is being stress tested on MANY different systems.
When something doesn't happen 100% of the time it makes it
very difficult to track down.  I can assure you this patch
is foremost on our minds.
