If it's saying it can not establish a connection with the server,
then sounds like the admserv or 'ahttpd' is no longer running.
Telnet into the box and check with 'ps auxw | egrep ahttpd'.

If it's not working, then you should be able to restart it via
	/etc/rc.d/init.d/admserv start
