Is there a way to store a copy of *every* incoming and outgoing
email? For example, by having sendmail automagically cc the mail
to a specific mailbox? That way the resulting archive can easily
be searched.

Anita,
Could you perhaps email me directly with the customer's network
configuration? I have a Qube 2 hooked up to my small network and
I'm having ISDN service installed. However, I'm still searching
for the way to connect the Qube to the ISDN line. So far, I have
only found the Cisco 776M router.
Any ethernet to ISDN router will do.
I have used 771 and 775 cisco models at work.
But I have also hooked up a external ISDN TA to the serial port.
I swapped against the Teles/S0 USB box which i donated to my other
co-worker (evil mode on :-).
The Teles/S0 USB box should be avoided like the plague on all platforms.
I'd like to see what you suggest as far as options on that, and
also on inexpensive firewall options.
The qube has a intergrated firewalling system in the administrator menu
just for that problem.
