I don't have any expert advice; just a suggestion that someone
else may help us implement (or debunk).

Is there a way to store a copy of *every* incoming and outgoing
email? For example, by having sendmail automagically cc the mail
to a specific mailbox? That way the resulting archive can easily
be searched.

Anita,
Could you perhaps email me directly with the customer's network
configuration? I have a Qube 2 hooked up to my small network and
I'm having ISDN service installed. However, I'm still searching
for the way to connect the Qube to the ISDN line. So far, I have
only found the Cisco 776M router.
I'd like to see what you suggest as far as options on that, and
also on inexpensive firewall options.
Thanks,
