I have a problem with one customer who sends us Excel files (less than
400Kb) that are routinely stripped off. The ISP says its not happening at
their end... must be our Cube. I cannot find anything in the cube that is
causing this. Also, the recipient then has the customer forward same email
to hotmail address... works fine. He then forwards from hotmail back to the
cube, and they are received fine. I can then forward those same attachments
back to the original recipient, and he receives them fine!
Our customer is getting cranky that we've been unable to resolve this...
any solutions out there?
