Yes it does, however non of the other updates show up just Cobalt OS Release
4.0 and RaQ2-en-Update-OS Release 3.0 and the SSL package.
In the /var/lib/cobalt/unistallers directory there are heaps:
BrosoftSSLadmserv-1.6.uninst RaQ2-update-OS-2.0.uninst SecurityFix2.2-2.2.uninst
Brosoft_SSL_server-1.7.uninst Security-Fix-1.0.uninst SecurityFix2.3-2.3.uninst
RaQ2-Update-MFG2.1-2.1.uninst SecurityFix1.2-1.2.uninst SecurityFix2.7-2.7.uninst
RaQ2-Update-OS-1.0.uninst SecurityFix2.0-2.0.uninst SecurityFix2.8-2.8.uninst
RaQ2-en-Update-OS-3.0.uninst SecurityFix2.1-2.1.uninst SecurityFix2.9-2.9.uninst

No I have not found that package anywhere.

I am sitting here tailing the /var/log/maillog just waiting for a lock error to appear.
The phone rang hot earlier today when it happened.
