The RaQ 3 fully supports Frontpage forms. In the frontpage client,
right click the form and select Form Properties. Within this control
pop-up you can select what to include in the email and in the flat
file. Make sure nobody changed permissions on the _private folder.

We've certainly pounded away at FP forms in testing with excellent
results.

Is there a file called web/_private/form_results.txt? If so have you
read its contents?
