We use the little-know http://www.enotify.com free email w/paging service.

It can be setup to call any pager gateway (most all pager services have an access # you can use).

If your pager service isn't listed they will set it up for you. We use a local pager service and just gave the them access #, baud rate, and maximum characters system would accept.
