[cobalt-users] Raq2 hard drive upgrade/restore

I have just replace the 4GB Quantum hard disk in a Raq2 with a segate 20GB
and installed a virgin copy of the OS from the restore CD and updated it to
the current 3.0 update.
I have backed up the user data via ftp onto another unix server using the nightly
scheduled backup.
My question is how do I install the backed up data on to the new drive?
I have looked through the mail list archives and it is unclear. I don't
really want to try and restore 550MB of backup archive from a browser incase it
times out. I was hoping there may be a more reliable way of invoking the
same process from the command line.
Any suggestions?
