[cobalt-users] FrontPage Nightmare

I am having a problem that has appeared many times on the list having to do
with extensions.  I am getting the "Cannot create FrontPage Web" error when
trying to add extensions.  I have deleted the site in question and telnet to
usr/local/frontpage to delete the cnf file.  This is what I did and what I
get:
rm www.joeblow.com:90.cnf
rm: remove write-protected file 'www.joeblow.com:90.cnf'?y
rm: cannot unlink 'www.joeblow.com:90.cnf': Permission denied

Anyone have any ideas on how to get rid of this file?
