I use Webalizer but I'm not familiar with that package. The stats directory
will be empty if there aren't any log records for that site. Does the package
pull from individual log files or a combined log file (one that includes stats
for all of your sites)? Is there something unusual about the domain name for
that site? If none of those issues appears to be a problem check the
permissions and ownership of the stats directory and the 2 directories above it
and compare to those on a site with working Webalizer stats.
