[cobalt-users] upload using Frontpage, Name & Password required for RAQ3

I'm stomped and I hope someone can help with this problem.
I cannot upload via frontpage to my domain.

1) I have not reached the 32 domain limit.
2) If I add a new/different domain, I can upload.
3) I deleted the problem domain and checked to make sure that both the
    domain and its corresponding site was removed - it was.  I also
    checked httpd.conf to make sure that reference to it was removed also.
4) I recreated the domain, double checked the folders - they were all brand
   new default files.  I still could not upload.
5) In all the above, I tried to upload via admin (remember I had not reached
    the 32 domain limit).  I created a user and made it site admin. - still
   couldn't.
