[cobalt-users] newbie... backup which files?

hi all...

we are new to the dedicated server world

as of yet we have no back up plan...

i see lots of talk about back up this and that...

what is the best way to approach this?

any sort of tutorial for us newbies?

i have minimal telnet exp...

how and which files should i back up?

how often should they be done?

where should i store the files... on the servers or ftp to my pc
