Not in my opinion. Though Cobalt markets some [or all] of the RaQ line as being
able to host 200 virtual sites, the actual number you can effectively host will
likely be limited by some other constraint. So with very light traffic, light
CPU usage and low RAM usage, you may be able host 240 or so virtual sites
effectively. If you're hosting some high traffic sites and runnning large
database applications you might only be able to host 2 sites. Though the 200
virtual site "limit" seems to be purely for marketing purposes, you'll likely
run into performance problems and other limits (not enough RAM, can't handle
necessary simultaneous connections, etc.) before you reach a limit directly
related to the # of virtual sites.
