Hi Phil,

http://www.worldpay.com a UK based company.
Operating with Natwest Bank and also recommended by Barclays Bank.

If you don't have the Merchant account yet, then
charges are UKP 125.00 per annum
plus 4.5% on every credit card transactions and 
50p per debit card transactions.

If you already have the Merchant account, then
charges are UKP 125.00 per annum
plus 2.0% on every credit card transactions and 
25p per debit card transactions.
