In /etc/httpd/conf/srm.conf (or *.conf), in each <Directory> tag that you want, put "Options -Indexes">From: "Ken George" <Ken.George@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> >Reply-To: cobalt-users@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx >To: "Cobalt-Users@List. Cobalt. Com" <cobalt-users@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx> >Subject: [cobalt-users] How do you turn off directory browsing >Date: Thu, 10 Aug 2000 10:51:46 -0400 >> > How can I turn off directory browsing for selective sites.
Pardon a rather stupid (newbie) question, but what IS "directory browsing?" If I don't know what it is, how would I know whether or not I wanted it "on" or "off"?
