[cobalt-users] Mail Only hosting on RaQ4

We are migrating clients from our separate NT based mail and web servers to
our new RaQ4.  Some clients do not have a web site, or host it elsewhere.

Clients hosting elsewhere are appropriately directed to the correct web
hosting location by DNS.

I cannot see a way of setting up a site to be mail only from the Site
Administrators perspective - have I missed something?
