You need to reinstall Qpopper 2.53. As the patch you got installs ver 3.0.
This is what cobalt support did on my raq.

The exact same thing is happening to use with an identical error message.
This is on a Raq2 and we recently installed the OS 3.0 update (I'm sure that
was my first mistake).

Is there anyone from Cobalt on this list who can address this issue before
my customers explode?
