I don't think there are any recent Mips-based RPMs available at mysql.com. The
RaQ2 runs on Mips architecture so RPMs for other systems will not load on it.
The standard tarball package will install on the RaQ2 though. I am currently
running the latest stable version (3.22.32) and the 2nd to last development
version (3.23.22) on my RaQ2s. I'm sure 3.22.23 will install also. I even have
a couple of RaQ2s running multiple MySQL servers simultaneously to allow me to
optimize each server for the applications using each one. So if you want to
keep your current MySQL server you can just install a new MySQL server to run on
a different port using a different socket file.
