[cobalt-users] Disk quota problems

I created a new virtual site on my raq3 box with a disk quota of a 100 MB. I
immediately received an email from root telling me that I was using 405.5 MB
of space on the server. The problem is, it's a new site,  nothing has been
uploaded to it and I have plenty of disk space on the main drive.

Has anyone ran in to this problem before? And what can I do to elevate it?
I've tried deleting the site and creating it again, I've also rebooted the
server. But the quota problem still exists. I've also checked the mailing
list archives and knowledge base, but again, I couldn't find any info to
help
