RE: [cobalt-users] Cobalt Database Help

In the raq 4 control panel you enter the dsn, server name (site that is
using mysql) and name and a password then it ask to save, when I click save
it gives a button to push to test it, I click test and that's the error I
get.  I can't connect through any sql clients either.

I haven't yet worked with a RaQ4 and I don't recognize that error, but if
you
provide some more details someone (maybe me) might be able to help.  What
did
you execute to get that error?  Have you created a root user or any
additional
users for MySQL?  Have you given the users passwords?  Are you connecting
from
the MySQL commandline, PHP, Perl, something else?
