I haven't yet worked with a RaQ4 and I don't recognize that error, but if you
provide some more details someone (maybe me) might be able to help.  What did
you execute to get that error?  Have you created a root user or any additional
users for MySQL?  Have you given the users passwords?  Are you connecting from
the MySQL commandline, PHP, Perl, something else?
