[cobalt-users] SiteAdmin not responding with IP address

I have a new hosting customer who is switching their namesevers over to
ours. In the mean time, we've setup their account and told them how to
access their site admin via their IP address. When you type in the IP
address with /siteadmin/ at the end, none of the site admins work on the
entire RaQ. They happened to be the first to notice.

You can input the domain name with site admin and that works fine.

http://123.123.123.123/siteadmin/  gets a 404 error
http://www.mydomain.com/siteadmin/ works

The site admin is the only one doing that. You can get to the personal admin
by typing:
http://123.123.123.123/personal/
and the main admin control panel at
http://123.123.123.123/admin/

As for the /siteadmin/, it redirects to the proper url:
http://123.123.123.123:81/.cobalt/siteManage/123.123.123.123/index.html but
then the 404 comes up. Anyone have any ideas?
