the problem you are having is almost certainly because the url above has
wrapped to 72 characters (or whatever), with a carriage return inserted
at the end of the line, and when you click the link, you are only
clicking the first part of the link, not the whole address.  i.e., the
address is correct, it was just broken by the line return, and thus did
not work.

the address below (same as the address above) is correct, but you must
make sure that you use everything between the quotes, minus spaces and
carriage returns where the line wraps:

"ftp://ftp.cobaltnet.com/pub/experimental/security/qpopper/RaQ3-Qpopper-Expr-2.pkg";

alternatively, if you are downloading the pkg file to your hard drive
before installing it, just use the url below and then select the
"RaQ3-Qpopper-Expr-2.pkg" file from your browser or ftp client window:

"ftp://ftp.cobaltnet.com/pub/experimental/security/qpopper";
