I am having the same error.  I have been trying to install the rpm with no
success.  I have also ftp'd all files to a "download" directory and get the
following error when trying to install the rpm:

rpm -ivh MySQL-3.22.32-1.i386.rpm
error: MySQL-3.22.32-1.i386.rpm cannot be installed
