you are free to insert any email adress you want; usual is
webmaster@xxxxxxxxxx (i`ve seen webmistress@xxxxxxxxxx :-)

(don`t forget to add an alias "webmaster" for the domain; i became used
to add always webmaster, hostmaster, postmaster and admin for every
domain)

this makes not much sense however, as it would be displayed in error
messages or warnings that httpd sends to the client. as the cobalt uses
customized error pages, it would make more sense to insert a text
containing the email adress there.
