I don't expect the case to have a problem.  If the disk crashes I will go to
the local store or merisel/tech data and buy a new one.  If the power supply
burns up I will fix it or replace it myself and if the motherboard goes I
will check the price and go from there.  the only thing I expect form coblat
is parts.  I did expect them to stick to the support statement that was on
the site but now I expect nothing.  I am trying to provoke them into doing
something as I do have to make a choice between the gui which was a primary
reason for the purchace and killing it off completly and just using the gui.
I don't want to and I don't feel I should have to delete it but more and
more I just can't see keeping it.

Yes it is and if you have a problem with it please let me know off list and
I will do my best to correct the errors for you.  btw my spell checker in
outlook dosen't always seem to work.
