The only stupidity I ever hear regarding Cobalt support is from
short-sighted individuals who are not aware of, or chose to ignore the costs
(as in it costs money, time) to run internet services.

If you need the priority support, you should be prepared to pay for it, as
you would with *any* hardware/software vendor.  Luckily there are several
ways to do this: purchasing from a VAR that offers support services or
purchasing priority support from Cobalt.

And it sounds to me that all the people that moan about support being slow,
or whatever, are the *poster boys* for Priority support.
