yes. or type

/etc/rc.d/init.d apache restart

on the shell. but the gui`s restart button should do the same job, if
you prefer the gui.

as you seem to be a newbie with several special needs, you should
consider to buy a good linux book that covers at least basic knowledge
linux concepts, networking, shell, sendmail, dns and apache. using the
gui you are somewhat limited.

(it`s not good typing in shell commands that you don`t understand, even
if you have instructions).

as i have my basic boooks in germman and only advanced ones in engliish,
i can`t recommend anything. yesterday there was a thread with several
books, newbie-sites, howtos etc.
